Return policy

The right of return is valid for 14 days in accordance with § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia.
If 14 days have passed since receiving the goods, we are not obliged to accept the order back.

To be eligible for a return, the entire order must be in the exact same condition as when it was received. The order must also be in its original packaging.

Returns

To initiate a return, please send your order number and the reason for the return to info@lifte.ee.

Once the returned order has reached us, we will inspect it and send you an email with our decision.
If the return is approved, we will refund the full amount of the order or exchange the product.
The refunded amount will reach your account no later than 14 days after the positive decision has been made.

Return shipping costs are covered by you, the customer.
Returns within Estonia are free of charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When we issue your refund, the original delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Late or unsuitable returns

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank statement again.
If 14 days have passed since our confirmation and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lifte.ee.
